Comments: Originally, I contacted Robert to repair home and polish my travertine flooring. He gave me a bid as I requested. Several months later, I reached out to him again. He came to my home a second time and said he will give me a bid, but this time we also talked about flooring options, which would include removing the tile. Robert, very kindly and patiently explain different flooring, options, durability, and much more. Based on the information that he gave me, I could make an informed decision and move forward. In so doing he and his team demoed the tile and prepared for the new flooring. Robert was kind enough to even send me pictures and suggestions as to what might look good in my home. Once the decision was made, Robert and his team install the flooring in my Living Room dining room and kitchen. I was so taken with it. I decided to go ahead and do my entire home. Robert encouraged me and back to me all the way showing me options on baseboards and anything I ask him about. My final decision was LVP. I had never even heard of it before. Working with Robert, Chris and Dylan was a delight. I also found out they do more than flooring, so I may explore other options at a later date. But definitely if you need flooring of any type give Robert a chance. He will do you write, and he is a man of his word. I wish his company every success and many blessings down the road.Bertram TX
