Sorry to hear that you feel this way for matters out of our control. When we met in February earlier this year we discussed that with the existing gate location being the access to the backyard for the construction of the pool we would not be able to get accurate measurements for the fabrication of the upgraded gate design which looked like your neighbors across the street until the masonry pilaster was re-installed and the pavers were complete. This did not occur until March 29/30. On April 2nd we were able to take measurements to fabricate your upgraded gate design and provided a temporary pool code gate at no cost to you to get thru the building department inspections so you could complete the pool project. The week of April 22nd there was so much construction activity blocking the gate opening iwth other contractors it took 3 trips to be able to install your new gate on April 25th. We have made offers on several occasions if you are not happy with your new gate we would be willing to return your pool code gate. We have never received a response from you as to which direction you would prefer. After reading your review we looked at the pictures we took after installation and noticed we did miss a screw attaching the solid backing to the gate and would be more than happy to return and complete this for you.
