Comments: Reached out online for an estimate. I received a call later that day to set up a time for them to come out. Through texting, we agreed on a date and time, which was a week later. It was an 11am appointment for Thursday (6/27). Thursday came, but no one showed up. Around 11:15am, I sent a text asking if they were still coming. The text was opened/read with no response. I called at noon and was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail stating that I would appreciate a call or text back since the appointment was missed, but I have still not heard back from anyone as of 7/1. I keep receiving emails to leave a review for the work they’ve done for me, though!
