Work Description: Carpet
Comments: We had Third Coast Flooring help with carpeting our basement that we recently finished. We have a bit of a unique project in that we (the homeowners) installed heated floors on top of our concrete foundation.Third Coast had all hands on deck from the beginning to help us choose carpet/carpet pad and working to understand the install process over the top of the heated floors (that they were not involved with). We worked closely with their sales person Chad, office person Matt, and install manager Xavier. They each were communicative and followed through on their piece of the process. Their installers were professional and did great work.
It's been a long time since I've seen customer service as thorough as theirs. I feel great about the experience, the quality of the product, and quality of the work.

Comments: Matt and Chad did great work with our floors. There was a minor subfloor issue we didn't know about and they were able to finish the job and make sure everything was done in time despite the complication. We're very happy with how everything looks and the service we were given.-
