Comments: Testimonial for Thermal Heating and Cooling SystemsWhen you have any problems with your home heating (or cooling) system, my recommendation is to call Thermal Heating and Cooling, headed up by Joe Kuffel (“Joe”).
Last week when our 20 year-old heating unit broke down, due to a parts failure, I called a dozen nearby distributors for information, advice -- and hopefully, affordable options.
Everyone I first spoke to recommended replacing mine with what always turned out to be the one or two most expensive home heating systems on the market. The lower priced heating systems, it was explained, were not in the same performance class and would end costing me a lot more in the long run in cumulative repairs and maintenance (the usual logic).
The range of options for me looked pretty narrow. That was, until I called Joe at Thermal Systems -- the last call I would need to make, because he was the first one to offer a representative picture of the actual range of quality options to be found in Heating and Cooling systems on the market. >>
Explaining that he represents most all of the major brand makes and models,
he was able to recommend many that he installs and will stand behind, available at lower cost, that meet or exceed the same standards of reliability, durability, and availability of parts as the higher priced units (which he also represents).
We determined three makes and models that sounded best for me. and Joe agreed to send or fax me a quote right away .
All this in just a few minutes over the phone. (it helps when you’ve already learned the specifications you’ll need before calling to avoid the need for a preliminary house call).>>>
Now. get THIS. Before the day was over Joe called me back. In thinking back over the problem I'd been having with our heating, he remembered that--with my make and model I could actually repair the problem myself, with just a 30-second part adjustment (no one else had told me this). Presto, he was right. I wouldn’t have to replace my very old heating system after all. At least not right away.
But when the time comes necessary, Joe knows he’s the Heating and Cooling contractor I’m going to be calling . Thanks Joe, you’re a first rate professional .
