Comments: Thermal Shield was truly a great experience for us. We loved our sales rep Tim and the installers (Matt) who were top notch. I understand why they have been in business for many years. We never felt pressured making a decison to move foward, 2 weeks after the intial quote and receiving 2 additional quotes from 2 other local companies. We love our new windows! Comments: Just got new windows in the whole house. Had estimates from other companies that were much higher for much less quality. The salesman explained everything and helped us decide the best option for our home. Installer Matt was fantastic!! He definitely takes pride in his work. He and his partner came in and covered the floors completely, it was an all day job in the extreme cold and they did an outstanding job! The windows look great!!Troy MI
