Work Description: Good, but would have been better with a mix of different-size pieces.
Comments: The roof pieces were laid as a random mix of three colors, which is a step toward verisimilitude. However, we would have paid a premium if the pieces also had been a random mix of at least three sizes.Silver Spring MD

Work Description: Replaced the 1940-original slate roof of our home with Ecostar synthetic slate.
Comments: The synthetic slate is laid in a random mix of three colors, making it much more attractive than shingles. However, each piece is the same size, unlike real slate. We would have paid a premium if a mix of sizes had been available.Silver Spring MD
