Comments: They charged me 400% of the normal bathtub snaking charge and about 500% of the normal charge for 2 pinhole leaks in 8" long basement copper pipe, realizing I am a SENIOR CITIZEN. I paid $97 when tub was last snaked. This bill was over $400. Pinhole leak was even more expensive than the snaking. I called the firm and asked them to cut the charge to a reasonable amount. Comments: After a thorough evaluation by Rooter Works plumber Jerrod Davis, it was determined that my problem was more serious than anticipated. Long story short, a new interior drainage system has been installed, and the water is draining freely once again. I was provided with accurate information to on which to make my decisions about the best course to take. I was also impressed with the timely fashion in which they completed their work.
