Description: I provide basic quality services (plumbing, electrical & both Interior/Exterior repair) at affordable pricing so that you do not have to pay service call fees of a $100 +. I don't believe you should have to pay $150 for a job that requires $10 in parts and 15 minutes.
I look for ways to save every customer money and provide them with any information that I may have access to achieve that end.
I'm proud to say that whenever I take on a customers problem that problem becomes my own until it is completely solved.
I like building positive relationships with customers through trust and dependability by showing them that their interests is of major concern to me personally.

Work Description: I have hired Lanny for multiple jobs including front door varnish/paint, dryer repair, plumbing works in last 6 months.

Comments: I must say, Lanny is the best of any handyman that I ever come across in this area. He is very knowledgably, dependable and professional dealing his customers. Work Description: Repaired front steel door.

Comments: Lanny came out on a Saturday evening to repair our front door that was stuck shut. He did a great job. We will call on him again without hesitation.
When a customer needs my help I will try to be there for them if I'm at all able. If a needed repair is important to them I will do my level best to do the job for them as quickly as possible.And I will do it for a fair price. I try to make myself available any time day or night, seven days a week.

Comments: Lanny was AWESOME! He did great work for us in preparation for putting our home on the market to sell. He did quality work for a better than fair price. I would recommend him to anyone!
