Edwin completed the project as scheduled, and requested that I inspect the color choice after applying to a small area to ensure my satisfaction. Comments: Our realtor suggested we paint a couple areas in in our home in addition to some pressure washing, and some other minor repairs/updates, before listing house again. The realtor had recommended That 1 painter, in addition to two other painters. We are very glad we went with That 1 Painter, fair, prompt, courteous, and finished 1/2 day ahead of schedule! Definitely 5 Stars!
