Comments: Before anyone use's this guy, do yourself a favor and find someone else. He is a JOKE !!!! He pushed the concrete around my post of the back of my 30x40 shop and the concrete ripped the screws out of the post and now my back wall is pushed out at the bottom. I have contacted him about 5 times now to come back and FIX his mess. All I get is a runaround. Been over a month and still hasn't come back. Now he won't even respond back. Comments: First of all, owner contacted me almost immediately about job required...that was a plus. Was given a competitive price that I thought was fair. I was then told that I would have to pay for concrete myself with CC when his crew was ready to make the pour. He gave me an estimate for price of concrete based on today's prices, but when actual pour was made it was double what he had told me. Pour went fairly well, all workers really worked together...everyone seemed to work as a team, another plus. when I told him from the beginning about pouring another step to my porch, he said " no problem, don't you worry about the step." Skip to the end....step never was poured, now my porch is too high for my wife to step up on. It seems he never intended to pour the step or finish out my porch. I have texted him, but it has been 3 weeks...no return text or call to tell me if he is coming back or not. Meanwhile, I have a porch unfinished and without a step to porch. I now have to find someone else to hire to fix everything this inconsiderate business man has left unfinished! I am not at all pleased with his communication skills and would NOT recommend this company to pour your concrete. The money I saved by hiring TGIG, I now have to spend finding someone else! Poor business skills, and he doesn't follow instructions! Avoid!!!Collierville TN
