Comments: Temperature masters company fooled me with false promises, services . After the job done, owner insisted to give him good review, after that any issue with the job , he completely disappeared, lied, disrespectful behaviours like he wants benefits ... just puts a show off with endless lies, manipulations. Yes I lost my money .

Even it's PreThanksgiving , the crew came , did the job efficiently , detailed manner , it was a big job, technician skills are on point , crew is a very hard working ppl, highly commendable for the dedication. now furnace is up and running . Highly recommend Temperature Masters. Thank you very much for giving us the heat. This job was very hard due to the space that I had. They did absolutely wonderful job 👏. Comments: Pro Tech Abel checked my 2 old GE Heat Pumps which were operating erratically. He suggested based on age of units to purchase 2 new units with same output heating/cooling. Abel placed the order at 1 pm on Tues 11-12-23 ... they were delivered and installed by 4 pm same day ... exceptional ... Abel was very professional in explaining Heat Pump details, expedited the order then followed through by a phone call to assure the units are operating properly ... Comments: Great service as always, They have been my go-to guys for several years. Just look at the ratings compared to some outfits like Arctic. The technician showed me photos of the problem before and after, once he corrected it. Was very clear in explaining everything, I am glad to belong to their service plan and very happy all around.

Comments: The team from Temperature, Masters was excellent. They found some issues with my system and were prompt and thorough in resolving them. They worked with me on the price and the job was completed very quickly. I had an unrelated issue a few days later and they responded by sending someone out in less than 24 hours, Able was great in his responsiveness and both Daniel and Junior did a fantastic job. I felt comfortable having them in my house.

year-old heating, central air, and 11-year-old water
heater on October 30 th, 2022. From our initial meeting to
inspecting and evaluation our home, Ivan Rosa
exceeded our expectations. Ivan was very
professional, honest, knowledgeable, patient and
easy to work with. We had a lot of questions about
the new system, energy usage, costs savings, and
Ivan took the time explaining in detail which
system would fit for our home. We signed the
contract with Ivan on the same day because he
offered us a good deal. We were very impressed by
the quick installation scheduled which was the next
day. Abel
did a final walk-through with us explaining what was
done and making sure that we were satisfied with the
installation. Temperature Masters offers the best warranty: 12 years on parts and 12 Years labor compared to 10-year parts +
5-year labor with other companies. It has been 20 days after installing and our new Heat works amazing.

Comments: Temperature Masters installed an Air Conditioner unit in my unit in July 2019. I paid the full amount for unit, installation & permit and 10-year warranty of parts & 2 years on labor work. After the installation, south Brunswick township inspectors failed the installation inspection both on Plumbing & Electric work. Upon escalation, to Mr. Santiago Francisco they fixed both plumbing and electric work. After re-inspection township passed the plumbing work, failed electric work with additional issues.
I escalated it 2nd time with Mr. Santiago on the electric failure information. After several follow-ups, he sends his people to fix the new issues. Unfortunately, the inspector failed the work again as they did not seem to have fixed the issues he called out (per inspector message). Since then, I have contacted several times thru TXT messages, phone calls, and emails. They ignored my messages. I even send them a final notice stating, I will be filing a complaint to consumer court.. despite that no response from these guys. I escalated to consumer court, it is going thru reviews now.

Don’t trust these guys on quality or commitment. Better pay a small premium and use some reputed company to get your needs addressed.

I know my system is old and beyond the life expectancy of the manufacturer, but it still does the job with a little TLC.
