Comments: Recommend to avoid this company at all costs. They Simply cannot be trusted. I placed an order for an AC and Furnace Units and scheduled an install, Rafael was amazing! However between the order (with financing) and the actual install there was a complete disconnect. Simply an unprofessional company. On the morning of - nobody showed up and I had to chase after them for a status update and they repeatedly kept telling me to wait and be patient and that "install will for sure happen today" but there is a delay "due to the warehouse" and it's "not our fault" after more calls and excuses from Nicole for not having the AC Unit in hand and unable to install and despite a terrible heatwave in Chicago, I can not trust this company EVER and requested to cancel my order. **This is what you were hired to do and failed**Wadsworth IL

Comments: The amount of money that they charge is ridiculous. a part that costs then $15-$25 they’ll charge you $200 - $250 for it. Typically, customers pay a ‘fair’ price for parts and pay for labor. But these guys jack up their prices beyond reason. This is mentioned elsewhere in these reviews. While their technicians are okay, the owners are deceptive when it comes down to pricing and how they present the ‘problem’ to you. Although I am always pro family owned businesses, I suggest that you stay away from this one. They charged us $1,390 for parts that cost them less than $270. That’s outrageous and wrong. The technician replaced the thermostat, and checked and cleaned the AC and boiler. No more sweating in my house. The A/C works very efficiently since Grand Comfort came to my house. Damaged drains and then wanted to "fix" them by doing additional works and charging me for more. Comments: Last Monday, July 1, my home's air conditioning unit was not working and decided to contact your company after seeing positive reviews on Yelp.Once the technician arrived, after a half hour, he had tightened a power cable that was not being connected properly.
Once the air conditioning unit was fixed, he
told me to touch the gas pipe of the air conditioning unit, saying it was warm.
He proceeded to say that it needed refilling and that the R22 gas tank is expensive,
gas tank price is $1,000.
so to refill my gas pipe, it would cost about $300. For payment, he said if I paid him $300 in cash, that he would refill it.
He saying
This deal is between you and me.
I feel little weird but i said yes.
After finishing the
next year, the unit may need changing because it is old and to call his personal number instead of the company. I soon realized that your employee had scammed
job, I filled out a check of $69.99 for the company. The technician said that he would give me a discount of $50 and charged me $250 in cash. He also said that should be able to come back to your company when I have a problem next time.
