Work Description: Repaired heater by replacing blower motor.
Comments: Temp-a-cure was dispatched by our home warranty company. After a courteous visit to assess the problem, it was 2 months before Temp-a-cure returned and replaced the blower motor.33 days later, the furnace failed again with the same awful sounds. Temp-a-cure refused to come out to follow up on their work without charging a good sized fee. We turned to our home warranty company, who dispatched Temp-a-cure multiple times to our home.
Despite many phone calls and emails, from us and from our home warranty company, Temp-a-cure has ignored it all.
To say they don't stand behind their work is a gross understatement.
Their technicians are courteous and quick. But their company has NO commitment to customers, even to leaving two retired ok people without heat for months and months.
Beware. Even our home warranty company was disgusted at their terrible service.
