Comments: TAS Mechanical responded quickly for my request regarding air conditioner issues. Once that issue was taken care of something else happened. TAS Mechanical stayed with the problem during the heat of August until they found the problem and took care of me and my HVAC unit. Basically I haven't been doing maintenance on the HVAC so there was a lot to clean up. I'm going to be contacting them for a preventative maintenance program instead of waiting for an emergency during a heat wave or gold front.

Comments: Arrived on time. Repair made is working after eight hours. I contacted eight different HVAC companies to make the repair and none were willing to take the job which was replacing a compressor. I think the charge for the job was high but the work was done. The owner spent quite of bit of time explaining the risk involved as it was not clear the reason for the failure of the original compressor.

Comments: Aaron responded almost immediately to my request. Gave me a very fair bid over the phone, then he visited our home to get more details on the project, and the final bid was very close to the original bid. Very professional, has 20+ years of experience, and the bid was thousands less than another "big name" contractor in the area. Also provided a two year warranty on labor to go along with the factory parts warranty. TAS Mechanical is very highly recommended!
