Work Description: New dirt work, new sod grass, expanded sprinkler system

Comments: Hired Craig Schneider to install sod grass. He put in the wrong grass (told me after he installed it and blamed his suppler) and the ground is not level. Installed 16 pallets of grass. I have been trying for over 2 months to get him to complete the work and correct the mistakes - he simply took my check and left. His voicemail is always full and he is nearly impossible to reach by phone or text. Each time I talk to him, he tells me he will be back 'tomorrow' - but he does not show up. I am out thousands of dollars with a crap result that I will need to hire someone else to fix. He modified my sprinkler system and installed a new controller. That has issues too and I have a lot of grass that is dying. From my experience, this man has no ethical commitment to do what he says.
Well to start off I did take your money the job is done what we agreed on you wanted me to do extra that you did not pay me for .we was behind on other things but you don't understand that . Also the dirt was level when put down you even said it was level the guy before me did not pack all the back fill so it would not sink even you said that.And the grass was different kind I asked you half way through about it you said it should be fine the blades we're little more fine. I Did not take your money and run you got mad when I don't drop everything for you

Comments: The gentleman called at noon on Monday, came by at 4pm as promised, gave a quote, and was back the next day at 8am , made repair to gate by 8:30am . He did as promised. Very happy with quick results. Would definitely use him again for repairs.
