It seems easy to practice the concept of showing up on time, returning calls or emails promptly, fulfilling promises, but simply...following through. Unfortunately, this is not standard practice. Comments: Our basement flooded due to a faulty sump pump system. After getting several quotes to replace the system we reached Mike at surefix. Mike showed up the same day we called and explained what we needed. We chose surefix property solutions because he was honest, knowledgeable, and never tried to upsell us on things we didn’t need. The job was completed the very next day! The workers were clean and efficient, and before we knew it, we had an entirely new system in place. Mike took the time to explain how the pump would operate and patiently answered all our questions. The entire space looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Mike . If you have basement water problems, this company should be your first call

What I like best is how mike was very patient with me to educate me on what I needed done so I could make the best decision on how to proceed with my chimney repair. As a home owner and knowing nothing about chimney work, I first read other reviews on Google and reached out to other chimney repair companies and felt as though Suerfix would get the job done. My chimney liner needed to be put in along with brick repair. I'm very pleased with the work they did on my chimney!

Comments: No more water, Mike came to save me after a so-called company Tagler waterproofing/ Michael Bailey failed to do the work properly of installing a water filtration system and sealing off the foundation of my home, claimed a lifetime warranty, but didn't care my basement still was flooding and never resolved my emergency issue after he was paid in full. Mike made me comfortable and reassured me the job would be done correctly with pictures and videos of the work completion. I can go on and on about the experience 😌 I am so glad Mike Quinn was honest and finished just in time of the snow.
