Work Description: Deck and concrete construction

Comments: Supreme kings construction was tremendous came handled everything very well , VERY HONEST & UP FRONT, pain free,got rid of an old deck, replaced with SOLID PRODUCT & my dreams of a outdoor space , provided options for warranty on all new material, while they were out I had them build me a landing pad out of concrete for my boat house, added stamp and stain to match my lake house, BOOK THEM NOW, don’t hesitate! Don’t DREAD your dreams OF PARADISE. The word SUPREME-in SKC SUITS THIS ORGANIZATION PERFECTLY because that’s what they are! Definitely recommend 100 percent.

Comments: After the storm in Livingston, Texas came through the town supreme Kings construction came to save And re-erected my 8 foot chaining fence after three pine trees fell down and tumbled over it and redid my backyard landscaping as well. I would definitely recommend some friends and neighbors and family.

Comments: Sebastian Dolan is trying to con me out of more money and he hasn't even started the job... would never recommend him for any work.. gave him $4,350 to get the job started and 6 days later he wants more money and hasn't done anything on the property...so disappointed I am probably going to have to take him to court... I am an older woman and don't appreciate the con job...
You were in a contract and decided not to proceed with the job . That was your decision!

Work Description: Back yard rehab.

Comments: Sebastian Dolan took on a project outside his ability. He didn't supervise his Spanish speaking crew and so they completely tore out my flagstone patio instead of removing and replacing the chipped mortar. The flower bed they constructed from my stone is a sloppy mess filled with masonry sand topped with 6" of mulch. He takes on multiple jobs at once and bounces around between them. In 5 weeks his crew actually showed up 5 days and only worked a portion of 3 of those. He consistently promised the work would be completed and not show up. After 5 weeks, looking at the miserable job they were doing trying to replace the flagstone and realizing that I could not depend on anything he promised to do I asked for 80% of my money to be refunded and told him not to come back. Of course , no money was returned, but blessedly, the ongoing damage to my property ended.

Work Description: French Drains Installation and Repair

Comments: Very poor quality of work for our drainage project. They changed some parts/installation of the project without consulting me and argued with me when I called him on it. Hid some unacceptable "finish" work (missing parts). Work was not supervised properly, had to have them rework multiple areas. Poor quality of materials. Would not hire them again for the simplest labor, much less the drainage work they are supposed to be good at.

We did not use anything like cheap. We also have came to an understanding if you had any issues, or concerns or would like to discuss any concerns that we would hold our word to re-initial anything that had been done with your drainage system installation.
