Work Description: Installation of a heat pump.

Comments: I hate writing negative reviews but Paul replaced my gas heating system with what was purported to be an energy efficient heat pump. My heating costs more than doubled. Paul has no explanation. I have a 2 year free maintenence planned he refuses to respond to emails, phone calls or texts. Had to call a different company to troubleshoot when we had a problem. Paul has basically ghosted me. Unprofessional, unreliable.

The name it is not the same as the card he gave me that is a bit confusing.

Comments: We trust the professional who observed the non-working unit and provided detailed explanation about the issue and what he is planning to do next day to resolve the problem. However five days since we are still waiting for AC repair to be completed. As per the SAGMI representative, the broken detail has to be delivered, but did not arrive yet.
