Work Description: heat pump
Comments: Paul installed the wrong kind of heat pump in my house in Westchester. It is not a cold weather system. It only works at 100% efficiency for temps over 47'F. Our heating bills are through the roof because the system is constantly running and can't maintain a decent temp when it falls below 45'F. It has been in the teens and twenties for the last few days and my house is 59' with the system running constantly and the thermostat set for 70. Paul will not return phone calls or texts. I am still under warranty but ...... I now need to pay another company to fix this mess.Village of Pelham NY

Comments: I hate writing negative reviews but Paul replaced my gas heating system with what was purported to be an energy efficient heat pump. My heating costs more than doubled. Paul has no explanation. I have a 2 year free maintenence planned he refuses to respond to emails, phone calls or texts. Had to call a different company to troubleshoot when we had a problem.
