Comments: Oscar was on time and went straight to work. He delegated the jobs to each member of his team. The concrete arrived as scheduled but the mixture was much too thin. He had the driver make an adjustment and things were on again. The job is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. My thanks so Oscar and his team.
