Summit Renovations believe in fair up front pricing as well as being organized and efficient. Since we do take time to plan your project and have expense and time setting up and driving to your home, we do have a minimum fee of $150 this included the first hour of work. Additional time will be billed at $80 per hour and materials as needed.
