Work Description: Roof Replace - Asphalt Shingle

Comments: After 4 other companies gave me a quote for a new roof I met with Jonathan Brady who spent two hours examining not only the roof but inside the attic, which non of the other companies ever did. He showed me examples of the type of material Summit uses compared to what all the other companies offered and how it was superior.
He showed me how the flashing around the chimney would be which was 100 times better than what I have now and no one else even mentioned it. It was not inexpensive but was clearly a better product and included more than I would get from the other companies.l

Comments: I am very pleased. I think he was reasonale and his final crew was great.
They left the area spotless.
We were told the roof was 10 sq by the homeowner, the homeowner said she was willing to pay more if the roof was bigger than quoted. When the roof turned out to be larger than initially quoted for, there was an additional cost that was required. Homeowner refused to pay so it delayed the job. Since this job EVERY SINGLE estimate there has been, and will be an EagleView to get exact measurements for a quote. We have learned our lesson with trusting somebody for a roofing measurement. This is the first job we have received a negative review on. We will always strive to make every job perfect, and hope to satisfy this customer soon.
