Comments: They didn’t bother to let me know until the end of the show up window that they couldn’t make it. Said they were sending a tech. I asked for a sales person to quote a system. Usually different people but whatever. They didn’t have the courtesy to call when they knew they would be late, after I paused MY day for two hours waiting for them. If they are this bad for sales, I can’t image them for actual service.-
