Work Description: Dead Short in Circuit. I had already started pulling outlets and checking for short. Suggest installing new breakers and splitting my circuit since half my home was on a 15amp breaker.
Comments: After almost 5 hours Steve said he located the short in my line. I told him to fix that switch and install a box. I would replace all other outlets switches and boxes. Short was never located and another hour was wasted messing with that box and wiring and did not install either switch in the box or mark the wires to the switches.I was charged for 6 hours labor which was actually 5 hours and 50 minutes. Excessive charges for work performed without suggesting other options on wiring new lines as requested in my opinion on this job.I would hire again if bid rate job since ability was not the issue here.
