Comments: Jan Van Noord came out to my house. I described what problems I was having in regards to my metal roof which was leaking. There was two applications he installed on my roof with Inland Coatings.His crew that came out to manage the project was about 15 minutes late,however after they arrived they went Straight to work doing what they do Best.They started by sandblasting some of my top ridge vents that were rusted slightly,Then they power washed My Roof. Subcontractor ‘s name was Garrett Wisinger, Subcontractor was there throughout the whole time with his guys washing coating all fasteners and eventually installing their Inland Coating Color white. At the end of the job, I was pleased despite them showing up 15 minutes late. Jan was never there Except for Three times. He had another job. He had to take care of another Project in Magnolia Texas. Overall, I was satisfied!

His Crew showed up right about 4:32
He was supposed to show up at 4:40
But oh well I guess He was Earley so I came down him.

The guys performed all the preliminary work digging 3 inches into Sub soil for the foundation of Concrete Rebar and 2 x 6 cattle panel.

Afterwords they wired and tied all 3/8 rebar to existing cattle panel, after which they also laid a footer all around my barn for Heavy supports.

They brushed the concrete right as it was fixing to dry,they installed about 5 1/2 inches of concrete did a very meticulous job at structuring rebar cattle panel steel chairs
Etc..

Comments: WARNING! There are not enough words to describe this Jan Van Noord and what a nightmare it has been dealing with him ...PLEASE READ HIS NEGATIVE REVIEWS. What these people described is exactly what I witnessed with this guy. He has caused nothing but a nightmare experience as well as a HUGE loss of money. he took me for more $2,300 with just the parrot stand and delivered nothing but a piece of junk. If I could upload a photo I would. I wish I had taken the time to look at his reviews. These others that are positive...I do not believe they are real or genuine reviews. People can pay others to post reviews.

Comments: They use Home Depot labor. The guy running the job talked a good job till started, then he was lost. . They spent more time fixing stuff the doing it right. The guys from the Home Depot .Lowes labor pool showed up at the house wanting me to pay because the boss skipped out on them. After I gave up and just wanted them gone he wanted to charge me extra to dump the hauled off fence and 3% for using a credit card . It didn’t work. Never use this company
I pay all of my employees weekly just like any other company, Job was done to perfection. Plus you had gotten a really good value deal for the beautiful work that you received,my suggestion is to be thankful Robert Scrogins. If anyone needs pictures off this job I am happy to validate and show proof of the work we have done. Comments: The crew had no idea what they were doing. Made many trips to Home Depot. Did not come when they said then would disappear for hours. Left my back porch in terrible condition. Used my fire pit as a saw horse, destroying the cover. Bought unnecessary supplies that we had to pay for. Charged us double the amount quoted. They still have equipment at our house long after the job was done. And told us they would turn in receipts for purchases and never did. Stay away from these guys. Biggest mistake we made!
Everything was cleaned up we did not damage any of the protective covering for the grill,we did leave some supplies. Supplies were Left over from the job for the customer, and we did leave them one ladder 🪜 just in case they needed to look and verify the work the crew had Completed. They never asked for receipts in the ending of the Job,however we were transparent and said we would turn them in if they wanted them. The homeowner never once contacted us in regards to the receipt 🧾 . The job was done very well ! Thank you for your interest in leaving a review.
