Comments: I don't write reviews often but I had to for this company. I had an emergency! It was the day before my kids Birthday and I was baking and prepping and noticed my oven wasn't heating!I called Sterling and spoke with Maria, I told her what was going on and she said she could have a technician out within the hr. Jacob was informative and professional. All is well, oven was fixed and Birthday was a hit!!
