Work Description: New full bathroom
Comments: We highly recommend David and his team. After getting estimates from four companies, we chose StartLine. David listened to our needs and budget and came up with a design that met both. He came up with some novel solutions to our space constraints that worked beautifully. David always responded in less than 24 hours to all of my text and phone messages, he periodically checked in with us to make sure that we were pleased with the project's progress, and he gave us frequent status updates. The entire team was always very courteous. They took great care with our home and belongings and cleaned up before leaving each evening. David and his team also worked with the county to get all of the necessary permits and inspections, which is something that we wanted to have done. The finished bathroom looks like something one would find in a high end hotel. If we need any other work performed in the future, we will definitely turn to StartLine first.Coram NY

Comments: Wonderful job. David, Misty and their team are great to work with. They were responsive, respectful and professional from the very first communication through the end of the project. David listened to understand the most important parts of the project for my family and always kept these in mind. Misty created and updated the design until it meet my wants and need, offering helpful suggestions or cautions. Their construction lead M, asked questions and clarifications both pre construction and during to be sure everything was done correctly. I’m detail focused and the team took care of anything I noted, often already having noted it themselves. They work worked hard and earned my five stars. Highly recommend.-
