Work Description: Replaced Air temp Gas furnace in JAN 20 2016

Comments: In NOV 11 2017 Called the CO. made appointment, NO RESPONSE. Again in JAN 5 2018 , the furnace stopped , called the CO.(STAR) . NO RESPONSE TWO OTHER (CERTIFIED) COMPANIES HAVE CHECKED THE FURNACE AND CONFIRMED THAT STAR CO. INSTALLED THE WRONG FURNACE (AN OVERSIZED FURNACE ) FOR MY HOME. I CALLED THE STAR CO AND INFORMED THEM , THEY PROMISED TO SEND SOMEONE, BUT THEY NEVER RESPONDED NOR RETURNED MY CALLS
