He negotiates to give you the best service he can for an affordable price without putting himself at a deficit. Cooper is more than fare and extremely reliable. Work Description: Dishonest. Shook my hand, took my money, and lied about coming back to finish.
Comments: Most of my experience with Cooper and SZ tree service has been pretty good. I am a repeat customer and held a little more faith in the company due to that. I admittedly did a stupid thing and paid him in cash before the job was complete. All that was left was to grind 2 stumps and Cooper shook my hand and gave me his word it would be done the next day. When confronted twice within a two week time frame he acted placated me by acting shocked and played ignorant yet the jobs is still not complete.Houston TX

Comments: Very unprofessional company. They charged me $ 5,000 to destroyed my irrigation system, my back fence, and presented a pitch of a paradise around our pool when finished, which was not the case. ( you deal with this company get everything in writing and watch them closely. no sense of accountability, made excuses after excuses why his worker damaged my property.. The owner fixed the majority of damaged lines, not the fence ( I had to pay for a new section of fence on top of the fee he charged me. Now that the lines in my irrigation are fixed I’m finding more damaged lines, but since I paid the bill in full the owner is ghosting me, so I’ll have to get someone else to clean up this guys mess. Strongly recommend swiping left when you encounter this company. My mistake cost me a lot of money and headache. Will not happen again.Friendswood TX

Comments: I met with 3 different tree companies before I selected Cooper and his team to do the work. I had two 25+ year old trees that had outgrown their space, one of them had roots above ground all around the tree. Those guys know what they're doing. They showed up on time every day. They had both trees down, stumps ground, and the roots gone in no time. They stayed late into the night to finish their work, even working well after dark. They never left the work site without cleaning up after themselves, loading up their tools at the end of their work day. I had other contractors working at my house at the same time and they even cleaned up after them, which is way over and above in my book! I also bought sod from Cooper for my entire front yard, as well as a new tree. Cooper prepped the yard for the sod, then walked me through step-by-step of what I needed to do to keep my new grass beautiful and lush, as well as what I needed to do to care for my new tree. My front yard is the best looking one on the street now thanks to Cooper and his hardworking, team! I will be calling on Cooper and his team again to maintain my new tree and for any of my future tree and landscaping needs. .Houston TX

Cooper and a team of men began around 11 and were finished before 4. They cleaned and hauled away everything and the work was fantastic! I will hire them again the next time I need anything to do with my yard.
