Comments: This project started out well. Communication rapidly went downhill, work quality was consistently poor, always with the promise that it would be fixed. In the end, the project was basically unfinished and 4 months past timeline. I have half-painted walls, globs of wood putty everywhere, and a lot of furniture that got covered in paint, putty, and more. Mike had trouble finding the caliber of workers (i.e. finish carpenters) necessary for the job, and we found workers asleep with paint dripping off their brushes onto the (uncovered floors).Jackson Heights NY

Work Description: fixed a leaking bathtub, then fixed the damage done by that leak to my downstairs neighbor's bathroom ceiling.
Comments: First, fixed my leaking bathtub. Did it fast, no mess and at a very good price (I did some comparison shopping before hiring Mike). The downstairs neighbor, who was the victim of my leak, is happy with his repair job to the ceiling. (And she's almost never happy.) I am having Mike back to paint a couple of rooms; then I'm going to hand my bathroom in need of a rehab over to him. He's licensed and has insurance. To sum: What's not to like?Brooklyn NY

Comments: Mike is by far the greatest handy man I’ve had the pleasure of working with for the past couple of weeks. I originally hired him to assemble a fireplace and was shocked to find out that he can also handle other jobs, like floor tiling. He’s super versatile and very professional.
