Comments: Tony was great, a little late but extremely helpful!! He found the leak and told me what to do to fix it, even gave me a few screws to fix some other issues. No charge. Smith roofing will be taking care of all of my roofing needs from now on. Thanks again Tony

Comments: Hired Smith Roofing to put on a new roof after an initial phone conversation with Tony. Very congenital on the phone, Tony asked about the project, listened to me, described his company and set up an in person appointment convenient to me since I live in the Bay Area with the roofing project in Sacramento. On meeting, Tony assessed the work to be done recommending new gutters and explaining why he uses Certainteed shingles. In short, his hard working crew completed the project in less than two weeks from contract signing. Tony communicated with me via text and phone in a prompt forthright manner. I wanted a local contractor with a positive record who didn't subcontract. Tony and his crew more than met my expectations.

Comments: Tony's crew professionally replaced the roof on a single-story home in two days. The new roof looks great. There was some dry rot discovered during the project that was quickly repaired, and all roof debris was removed daily. The roof repairs were discussed honestly, and final costs were fair and reasonable. I recommend Smith Roofing.

Comments: The best thing about Smith Roofing is that they came and completed the repair work in the same day. However, they did not discuss the cost until two workers had already started removing tiles. We discussed the cost for the repair ($1,800) and they recommended additional work of a preventative nature for another $1,500. I did not receive a written estimate and I did not receive a written receipt. I would not recommend this company for hire by someone else.
I am so sorry you did not receive your receipt. I will send another one and drop it in the mail today.

Comments: THEY WERE AWESOME. TONY SMITH WAS POLITE, RESPECTFUL, AND PROFESSIONAL.
I HAD A BAD EXPERIANCE WITH THE OTHER ROOFER WHO CALLED ME. HE GAVE ME A VERY LOW ESTIMATE, AND RUDELY SAID "THAT IS MY PRICE, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT". WHEN HE CALLED BACK AND I TOLD HIM THAT I WENT WITH SMITH ROOFING, HE SAID "YOU ARE FULL OF SHIT, MY PRICES ARE THE BEST". I TOLD HIM "THANK YOU FOR CONFIRMING THAT I MADE THE RIGHT CHOISE". I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW SOME PEOPLE DO BUSINESS.
ANYWAY, I WOULD RECOMMEND SMITH ROOFING. AS A MATTER OF FACT, I DID.
