Comments: Awful company. Appalling lack of communication and dishonest administrative staff.Skyline field crew installed panels, but 5 panels were identified by Skyline staff as underperforming as a result of subsequent site visit. 6 months later (and 3rd account manager) they not only not not fixed the problem, but have stopped what little communication we had.
I have heard from other solar industry professionals, but they are having problems retaining staff.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to consider alternative solar installers..

Comments: System installed back in August of 2022. Saleman mislead as to how long process takes. Payments have been made monthly with no benefits from system as it is still not complete as of 4-27-2023I do not recommend this company. This is not buyer remorse. I just want my system complete.

Comments: I am honestly blown away by this company. I got 3 different quotes and I still can’t believe the price they gave us. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and we run are AC 8 months out of the year minimum. I also charge my Tesla at home. My average bill was over $400. Now I’m happy to say I’m paying less then half of that. The whole process was seamless. Nima Shafiee was my solar expert he would text me once a week. Comments: So happy with Skyline Smart Energy. Not only did they save me thousands of dollars. But there professionalism and integrity was the reason I chose them over the competitors. The whole process was very smoothed and they explained every step. My rep Mr. Aaron Charles was exceptional. He called me once a week with updates even after install. I love the fact that there local and every time I call the Downey office I can speak to someone without being outsourced out the country. To top it off they also helped me with my home security system and added 3 cameras. Highly recommend this company 5 stars will be sending all my friends and family there way.-
