Comments: To his credit, Mike was punctual & brought supplies with him. He tried to clean the tile in our kitchen, breakfast area, & sunroom to our satisfaction, but it just wasn't possible. I didn't see him use steam to clean it, but I don't think even that would work. He is the only one who contacted me through networx.
