Comments: The rep for Simmons, Dan, was prompt, even early and came on Sunday. None of the other contractors were as quick to respond. We liked his friendly nature and thoroughness of his review of our roof. His estimate arrived the next day, just as he promised and offers the best deal and gave us a complete breakdown of the job to be performed. We had 4 roofers provide us estimates and Simmons was the best and most thorough. Şome contractors were not realistic, trying to make a "today only" deal that was more than double.
