Work Description: Two bedroom Cottage style home. November 30th - hired to upgrade wiring in all outlets (approx. 14), replace two exterior lights, install exterior security light and relocate one exterior outlet. He and an assistant DID NOT replace the two exterior lights and did not relocate exterior outlet. Cost was $1800. He has not made any effort to complete work.
