Work Description: Faucets/Fixtures/Pipes Repair/Replace
Comments: We had three minor plumbing issues. Leak in front yard faucet, faucet in utility tub, Drain screen in kitchen sink.. Their estimate to repair was over $1000.00 To me that was over priced. For the leak in front yard faucet their price was $500.00 to replace the faucet. I opted to have the washer replaced instead. It took less than 5 minutes for this repair which cost us $225.00. I know plumbers are expensive, but this was certainly excessive The other jobs cost me less than 200.00

Comments: Very Poor. I did the majority of the work. They procured the replacement part, and screwed on the the existing nipple. I broke out the masonry brick and mortar. I also replaced the foam insulation. Once I received my invoice, the terminology on it stated :The "wiener" authorized all work. And the amount they charged for the service provided was outrageous.Fort Worth TX

Work Description: Replace hose bib
Comments: I called them out to replace a hose bib that was older and tended to drip a bit. They came out and told me that it was tied directly to the water main with galvanized pipe and they would have to replace that whole part. They also send a had a leak. Keep in mind, I’d had no issues with any plumbing or leaks prior to their arrival. They leave and I turn on the water at the street (they had shut it off) and the meter is spinning very fast - indicating a major issue. I went and explored and found a pool of water, once I drained the water I found a dime sized hole in a pipe tied to the water main. I tried calling the company as well as the technician, left messages and texts, and no one got back to me. So now my family and I are without water and I had to get another company to come out on a Friday evening to diagnose the issue and schedule a repair. These guys are either incompetent or unethical. I do not fault them for creating the hole - the pipe was old and it happens - but to completely bail and not answer calls is insane.

Work Description: leak under house in hot water line. Replace all galvanized pipe instead of fixing just that leak with a compression patch.
Comments: I had a leak in the hot water line under the house(pier & beam). They convinced me that since my house was built in the early 1950's that in the long run it would be cheaper to replace all water lines while they, the plumbers, were under the house with a new flex line water system, that after drilling holes for outlets it would take them only 4 to 5 hours to complete the job. They said they they would be responsible for all permits. After the utility people came out and marked all of the under ground utilities Service Group sent out a digger to dig down to the water line from meter to house. The digger cut the AT&T internet line and I had to get AT&T out to replace and rebury the line. The lead plumber kept leaving for other jobs. After about two days they had the holes drilled and another two(maybe three) days to run the lines ( one bathroom, kitchen and washing machine) There was a leak under the kitchen sink that the lead plumber said was from the drain and wasn't his responsibility but when his assistant looked at it he found a connection that the lead plumber had not tightened and the leak stopped. After putting in the connections for the washing machine they turned on the water and the connections failed flooding the wash room. the plumber used a broom to push the water out to my screened in patio and then announced that they had to leave for another job saying that it would air dry. To make a connection for the shower they cut a hole in the sheet rock in a closet that is behind the shower. They said they would put in an access panel to cover the hole but afterwards said the hole was too large and access panels didn't come that large. They also said that I would have to take care of it because they didn't do carpenter jobs. The hole is very ragged like they busted out part of it.When they finally got to the point that they called for an inspection, the inspector red flagged the job. The violations that he noted are,"cold water ground eliminated-electrical permit required, install full open valve at meter." The inspector told me that last 10 feet of the line from the meter to the house should have been copper so that the ground wire could be clamped to it. They had made NO provisions for re-installing the ground wire. Now they are telling me that I have to pay for the electrician and the elect. permit because they don't do electric work.
I accepted their bid on 6-5-17. The failed inspection was on 6-15-17. The trench in my front yard is still not filled in because it will have to be re-inspected for valve at meter and ground connection at electric box.
They did not clean the mud that they tracked through the house especially in the bedroom where the access to under the house is.
All in all, this has been a terrible and very stressful experience. And,unfortunately, it isn't over yet!
