Comments: This company is really good. Remodeled my entire home for only 120k and other GC ROC companies were charging me $200k or more. I saved money with a non-license company but their plumbers electrician and hvac are all licensed. You can trust this company. 5 stars

Comments: When I finally met Henry and his team I had gone through eight contractors! Most of them had stopped communicating, or quoted me outrageous amounts. Henry promised me from the very first text that he would walk me through every step of such an overwhelming process and he absolutely delivered! He follows through, he communicates, he gets the work done and he is professional in every aspect of his business. He employs a dedicated team of workers who show up when they say they will be there, and don't stop until the job is finished. If you are looking for a contractor for any type of job, I would highly recommend these guys! Thank you Henry, for taking the stress out of making our home complete!

Comments: Prime1 Construction LLC after 50% down payment worked on Engineered plans & suggestions which were AMAZING choices for our family desires. They demo some of the current house and added more sq ft with a new design. I recommend higher Prime1. We will hire them again and again.

Comments: I recommend this company. Their Quality of work is amazing and I am retired and love being home now. They finished one of my homes in Arizona 2 months prior estimated timeframe. I worked with 2 different foreman’s in their company and both are friendly. They cost more than other companies but they are worth it. I had issues with someone cheaper so I called them and hired them instead and started after 50% deposit. They will be doing my sisters home in a month.
