Comments: We had an emergency last week when our water heater went out and we were referred to Scott English Plumbing. It was raining but the technician was out to our home within an hour of my call and we proceeded with purchasing a new water heater with installation. The technician was very professional and completed the work within a few hours. The rainy conditions made it difficult to do the work as the unit was on the outside of the house. I was extremely impressed with the work and the technician thoroughly cleaned up the area after completing the work. Comments: I needed to remove my bathroom sink fixtures so I could have the sink reglazed. The fixtures and shut off valves had been on for so so long I was unable to remove them myself. I called and they were able to send someone out that afternoon, his name was Dennis. After looking over the project and giving me a quote estimate he got right to it and completed it in no time. Dennis removed the fixtures, replaced the two shut off valves and left me two new water lines for when I reinstall the new fixtures after the reglazing is complete.Thank you, Great job!

Comments: The job they did was well done & they were friendly & very competent. However, I was given a 4 hour window & someone called & said they would be late. But actually they never came at all. It was Friday so when I did call someone else they couldn’t come until Tuesday so I stayed with These same plumbers who said they would come Monday. They charged $300 for an hours work. I realize they have driving time. This is the very highest end. So between Having to wait a weekend & paying the most any plumber charges I wouldn’t recommend & I wouldn’t call again.Mission Viejo CA
