Comments: CONTRACTORS BEWARE DOESN'T PAY HIS SUBS!!! OWES $24,500 FOR PARTS AND LABOR FOR AN EMERGENCY PROJECT! WE COMPLETED TO SATISFACTION AND TOWN APPROVAL A LARGE WATERMAIN REPLACMENT PROJECT.Scavone Plumbing and Heating hired us as a subcontractor for a watermain replacement project in Shrewsbury, MA. The work was completed on time, to satisfaction, and passed all town inspections. Despite this, they have failed to pay the agreed amount of $24,500 for parts and labor.
Initially, they promised prompt payment, but since the project’s completion, they’ve provided endless excuses and are now ignoring all calls and messages. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how they treat both subcontractors and customers.
USE EXTREME CAUTION IF YOU USE OR WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!

Comments: DO NOT HIRE Frankie Scavone or Scavone Plumbing & Heating.Installed a Viessman boiler, tells us it will be the best of the best. With Wi-Fi, run better than my boderus. All for 10k.
Install day comes and parts are an additional 12k
Takes 4 weeks to complete the install.
After install no Wi-Fi, furnace keeps shutting down for code EE AND EB. Look outside at the venting and it sticks out of the house about 3’ has no elbows and air blows the flame out.
Pump to the boiler runs 24/7 I have told him this several times and his response was “you have heat right”
Raidiant heat him nor his electrician could figure out how to set it up to make it operational and have now been 2 months with no radiant heat, when it was working perfectly fine before they touched it.
Way over priced.
To top it off after years of work with him and becoming friendly I find out his true character and lies. He has a baby with Stephanie that he refuses to raise or tell his family about (the son is 7) he has been to jail for stalking, violating restraining orders and being a predator to females.
My advice: Stay Away.

Comments: Frank called within minutes when I initially put in for service. They came out the next day and assessed the problem. It required them coming out the next day also and was a big job. Everything was handled professionally and all is working greatly now. I was very impressed with the response and how it was fixed in a couple of days. Comments: very quick response from this company - less than 5 min. after i entered information. We made an appt. for someone to come out the next morning between 7:30 and 8:00 am ..no one showed up and we didnt recieve any calls saying anything.. I waited until 8:20 to call to see if someone was still coming,,, they said they had an emergency earlier that morning,,,, they didnt appologize for not letting us know,, they asked if we still wanted them to come out,,, I said yes because we hadnt yet heard back from any of the other plumbers...... so not sure what the perks are for registering with you i could have just as easily looked online for a plumber and found 1 myself . :((( someone showed up at 8:57 and was done by 9:07 and presented us with a bill for 192.00. the part was 89 and the rest labor,,,:(( not impressed. they did however accept the 10% off coupon that was on this website,,,, he had to call to comfirm its validity as no one had redeemed one from here before....
