Comments: Brian and his helper tackled this 1938 pier and beam home kitchen floor, with finesse. They sanded the cupped 3" hard oak slats, filled the cracks with a custom waterproof grout made from the sanding dust then coated it with a waterproof stain and finish coat. The products used are low odor. There was no dust flying around bacause of the equipment that they used.
