Comments: didn't do the job I hired them for...clean fan blades and inside unit of outside air conditioner box. worker said it wasn't very dirty and he'd do it next year;as if I'd hire them again.I ask if I needed a shot of freeon or whatever it's called. First he said his instruments were in the truckand I said you've got at least another 20 minutes .Then he said they weren't working(calibrating correctly);but that he could tell from the SOUNDThe person who scheduled the appointment called the next day and asked how's it working. I told him it isn't on since it's only in the 60's. Before I could get out what I didn't like of the appointment ;He said call them if anything goes wrong when I start using it.

Several times techs came to work on project only to be diverted to another job after an hour or two. Once no one showed at all after saying they would be there at a designated time .

Comments: From my experience, yesterday & today, was horrendous. Left me hanging from 9:30am-6:30pm & always having to initiate communication & the person never showed. The cell times prove it too. The (1) positive was other gentlemen showed-up briefly after dark detailing how they couldn't do the work by the person that was suppose to had shown-up & it being dark of course. Ron didn't seem sorry at all & seems to operate out of more ego than competency, professionalism, & integrity. At the end when cancelling Ron's belligerence makes me wonder if I should be concerned with this company knowing my address.
