Then we called back to see where they were. 2 1/2 hours later, called back 7+ times, no answer and they removed themselves from google search for plumbing business. Comments: Installed a walk-in-tub.I’m glad I found someone who would come to Buckhorn to do the job. Tommy and the boy with him were amazing workers and so friendly. This was a pretty hard job especially when you have to take your worker home,and came back and finished the work by himself. He’s a dedicated person to do his job. Thet were here on Friday and left asa decent time, Saturday Tommy stayed until 8 pm to finish. He knew I needed and wanted the tub. We had contacted 4 other plumbers and they said they’d come and give an estimate or would call back,which did not happen. When I called Barnett Plumbing they did exactly what they said they would do. I highly recommend this company and also Tommy.

Starting searching and found this plumbing company they immediately called and then setup a time first thing in the morning..very professional and knowledgeable! Went to Lowe’s and purchased a new gooseneck faucet on Blackfriday for us 😀 upon checking he volunteered to check underneath the house and found we have a horrible smell and leak! Our house needed a complete replace of all of the plumbing from the water Co meter to the septic system. They worked very hard to finish it in good time. Carl explained everything and was very straightforward with us about what needed to be done. He made sure everything was completed to our complete satisfaction every phase of the project and really went the extra mile. Comments: I run a small Airbnb in a relatively remote area. My normal plumber was out with back surgery and could not respond when my guests informed me the toilet in the 80+ year old farmhouse had clogged. Out of desperation I found Networx and put in a request for plumbing help. Wow! I got a call in like 15 mins! I told them what the problem was, and that we had tried to clear it with no luck. The guy said they were finishing another job and would be by as soon as they could. Yes, it was an emergency, so we did have to wait a few hours, I won't ding them on that. When he did show up, he quickly went to work trying to clear the block. Turns out, it was REALLY blocked. So I showed him where the septic tank was and he dug down to find a very rusty cast iron pipe leading from the house to the septic. With some diagnostic work, it was discovered the pipe had collapsed and was blocking everything. Lovely. It was going to need to be replace- no way around it. By now, it was after 10 pm. He managed to make a temporary fix and said he could come back in the morning to replace it. We agreed and he gave me a quote, which I thought was reasonable considering the work. They showed up the next morning (he called to let me know since I was not going to be around). They got the work done and my BnB guests had a functioning toilet in a few hours. We arranged payment and everything was done and taken care of in less than 2 days.Berea KY

Comments: Asked for a quote BEFORE work done, but they sent 3 guys and charged criminal amount AFTER work was done. Cleared a pipe and back flow preventer and put some screws in a bucket pump lid. Said fee was $315!!! on phone, but charged credit card 225!!!. Dishonest crooks. Should be avoided at all costs.
