Work Description: Retiled the kitchen floor in our small condo and replaced some broken tiles in the bathroom and foyer.
Comments: Did a great job, completed the work on time and for the price estimated. Gave tips for doing a number of other projects and adjusted some cabinet doors as an extra.Plan to use Sean for other tile work and would highly recommend him.

Work Description: My 10 month old lab puppy chewed my back door sill. Needed to be totally replaced.
Comments: Sean came and took measurements. Gave me a quote that was way better than the other contractor. He had the work done in a couple of hours. My husband was so impressed that he wants him to come back and do a couple of other projects we had on our list.

Work Description: Just had a floor put in by RyDec Home Improvements, Sean Smith went way
beyond, he did a beautiful job and put in extra work that he didn't have too
to make it look even better, we got new molding and he takes pride in what
he does. I am very happy and my bathroom floor looks beautiful. The job
was bigger than we thought but not to big for him. I would recommend him to

Work Description: I needed repairs done to my front storm door. The door frame was cracked and the closer brackets were bent and needed replacement.
Comments: The job was unusually complicated due to the design of the door frame but was repaired expertly and the closers were replaced without any difficulties. I was also given quotes on some other home improvement jobs we are contemplating. Overall, a pleasant, professional experience.
