Work Description: Install or Replace a Central Humidifier
Comments: Humidifier did not seem to be working properly during the last cold spell. I thought I may need a new humidifier. R&S came out and checked my existing humidifier and found nothing wrong. I appreciated their honesty and did not try and sell me a new one. They also checked my furnace at no additional cost. I will definitely contact them again if I have a heating or cooling problem.

Comments: This company do excellent work and at a reasonable cost. They explain every thing they do and educate you on how your system work. Would definitely hire them again.

Comments: R&S performed maintenance on our air conditioning unit that had only been turned on once in over a year due to a house fire (the AC unit was not affected). They were efficient, thorough, on schedule, and only sold the service that was needed. They will be our go-to HVAC company in the future.

Work Description: Repair Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Comments: I received a phone call the night before to confirm the appointment. The gentleman who called (don’t remember his name) was very easy to talk with and was very informative. Justin came the next day and looked at our furnace and ac unit. I felt that he was informative and didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need. I was surprised at how reasonable the price was and because we did both inspections together we received a discount. I will definitely use them again.-
