Work Description: Concrete Flatwork - Repair & Resurface
Comments: Initially, very friendly and on top of work. However, after last check was paid, the sidewalk was left uncompleted with poor workmanship. The concrete was smoothed with a broom, causing deep ridges and balls of concrete. Additionally, the portion of the sidewalk does not rise up to meet with the driveway. I have attempted to contact the person who was in charge of the work a least 6 times over the course of a week without a response. The last text I sent to him was shown as read within minutes of reading.Our neighbor, who also had his sidewalk replaced is not pleased and can not reach anyone as well.
Very disappointed. Will not use or recommend this group to anyone.
