Work Description: Hardwood floor refinish
Comments: We used Royal Steamer to refinish our hardwood floors. The quality of work was extremely poor. The floor had swirl marks, extremely rough areas, and debris/hair in the varnish. They didn't take off the quarter round and instead dug the hand sander into the floor by the walls so there was a noticeable divot and old stain still visible. They damaged our trim with the sander and got varnish on the walls and trim. When we pointed all the issues out to the owner he offered to fix *some* of the mistakes. We are having to pay over $5000 to fix the damage they caused to our floors, trim, and walls. The owner had been very responsive until we asked for a partial refund to help cover the costs. Extremely disappointed, absolutely do not recommend!Birmingham AL

Comments: On time each visit, price comparable to other estimates received, staff polite. Final product was not well done. Floor is rough, roller marks all over floor and “bumpy”where roller was picked up from one spot and placed down on another.-
