Work Description: Replaced flex pipe , shut off valve, pressure valve, 3ft pipe.

Comments: Price gouging beware.... costed $700 in parts and labor for 1 .5 hours work with no estimate before hand. Parts used run around $50 at Lowe’s. Would not recommend....
We are sorry if you are not satisfied but failed to mention the job is over an hour to get to this residence and we had to respond tho this issue twice this price was for two separate calls. The initial call was for a shutoff issue and was repaired and the bill was around 350. Then we had to return not 2 hours later because a supply line burst and after the repair and a pressure test it was found the water pressure was over 90 pounds. So a pressure reducing valve was installed. And as for 1.5 hours a total of about 6 hours total is involved in this repair. But just thought I’d tell the other side of this story.

Work Description: Water Main - Replace/Repair

Comments: These folks did a really good job. They did what I used to teach my team to do when I ran a support team. They "under promise and over deliver." That is so rare these days. It has been my experience that most "Over promise and under deliver."
They predicted two days and one without water. Because of the rocky terrain they cautioned that they may need heavier equipment to break up rock and it could go longer.
Well, we were without water about 1/2 the day Friday and we were up and running. The gentlemen operating the excavator was amazing he pulled coffee table size rock out of the trench to get to the required depth. I have never seen anyone handle a rig like that.
They ran about 200 feet of new line and back filled Friday evening and Sunday they came back and did some grading and put the rock in an old cistern to fill it up. I will need some back filled topsoil at some point, but that will take some rain and time to get the trench to settle.
I would recommend them and use them again.

They did great work for a fair price even if the bill did hurt a bit to pay :)

Comments: The guy was good at his job. However as per your web site I was expecting an estimate to start with. But when he came I was told that a service call is $120 plus parts. So even with a senior discount I paid $123 for a replacement flex pipe of about 8”. That’s a really expensive pipe!! Please tell your workers that the idea is an estimate first. I definitely can’t afford anything like this to happen.
