Work Description: After cutting down 4 of the Five tress that we discussed his workers destroyed my fence on Friday May 18 Mr. Rose told me he would come back on that day to repair the fence he had to go get the parts needed to repair the fence he never returned on Friday he called and said he would be to repair the fence on Saturday morning May 19 at 10:00am he never showed i then heard from him again on Sunday May 20 i txtd him wanting to know if he was going to repair my fence he said he was at church and he would call me at 1:00 that never happened he then txtd me on Tuesday the 22 at 12:00 noon (i think) it was pouring down rain and i was at work i told him i would be at work until 7:00 on that day. And i haven’t heard nothing from him since Tuesday May 22, 2018 now I’m looking to take legal actions against Mr. Rose Not only for the damaged fence but as i have looked at the work i find a discrepancy in the work he did he was supposed to cut down 5 tress and he only cut down 4 tress and he tried to lie to me saying one of the tress was a double tree Mr. Rose is by far the worse contractor I’ve ever had to deal with

Comments: Dekalb County refused to pick up the trash debris and it still sitting out side of my home. They reporting the contractor are responsible for all pick up not the county so I am responsible for another fee. Best advice is to have the contractor removal all debris .Atlanta GA

Work Description: We discussed with the owner raising up the canopy on the trees lining one side of our property. I made it perfectly clear that we wanted it raised a few feet and 1 particular tree needed to be trimmed back as well. He seemed to understand. And assured me that they knew how to make the area look pretty as well as useful by taking off some of the lower branches.
Comments: When his work crew showed up without him later in the day, we watched them to begin with, and they seemed to know what we had described so we didn't worry too much about it. (Not MY job to supervise a work crew; and the owner did not come back to the property.) When I next checked on them, about an hour later, they had already gone down my entire property line and cut off ALL OF THE BRANCHES ON MY SIDE OF THE TREES. TO THE TOP!!! The trees are now bare on one side and provide zero shade where that used to be the only truly shady area in our yard.Then of course as I have already reported, they left their equipment in my front yard & I had to threaten to call the police before they would come & get it. We paid them b/c they did do the work, and we can't put the branches back, so......but I certainly would not recommend them to anyone else!

Comments: We hired rose tree service to remove 6 big trees in our front yard. They responded very quickly and were out the next day to start the job. It has now been 2 weeks since and moo e has come to clean up brush as promised we have slime with philander rose daily with the promise they were coming g out tomorrow to comete and no one shows. Now phone calls will not be answered or returned. We made the mistake of paying in cash to say the least so we cannot stop or reverse payment. All I want is this stuff cleaned up and apparently they are not a truthful reliable company to leave a mess like this after full payment was made. Do yourself a favor and cha k all other reviews on other websites of this company before choosing them. What a rip off!!!!Cumming GA

Comments: They cut the tree and left huge pieces in the area.We spoke to the owner about it he came collect the payment promise to fix it next day, he never came back. Comments: Electronic payment for the tree removing was successfully completed. The receipt I received for the transaction is from "Planning Perfection" not "Rose Tree Service". The receipt doesn't list anything regarding the work performed only the amount charged to my credit card. Philander Rose has not responded to multiple voicemail's regarding the receipt content. I'm considering additional preventative tree removing also but can't get in touch with Rose Tree Service at all. Work Description: This was a dead tree at a rental property. He was prompt and reasonable...also suggested additional trimming work. I put the fee on a credit card and wasn't able to download the receipt for tax purposes....that was the only glitch so I requested an invoice from him which I haven't as yet received. The renters said that the crew did a great clean-up.
