Comments: Brian is the awesome! He wasted no time coming look at my roof. I just wanted peace of mind to know how it looked. There were no leaks that I knew of. He found a couple things, a vent was loose. He repaired it w no charge.Brian took pictures and brought them to me and explained what was going on and why it could lead to issues. What a Godsend!

Comments: Brian from roof serve was awesome. We had some wind damage and was missing several shingles throughout the entire roof. He worked with the insurance company the entire time. He kept me updated throughout the process. Once it was approved he got us on the schedule. The crew that did the job did a great job and Brian was there throughout the job. The crew did a great job cleaning up and making sure there were not any nails left behind. Brian came back the next morning on a Saturday and made sure everything was cleaned. Comments: Taking a moment to recommend Brian Lakins & Ethan Bitting of Roof Serv. We recently had some wind damage to out to our roof and I saw Brian advertising roof replacement on Facebook. Brian used to live in Thornton Heights across the street from us so I decided to give him a call. A decision I’m so very happy I made. Brian came over the next day and examined our roof. He was knowledgeable, professional, & super friendly. We decided to file a claim with our insurance company and within a week we an inspector come by and assess & validate the damages on our roof. Shortly there after Brian & Ethan’s team of roofers came by and replaced our entire roof in a single day. They replace our old shingles with new dimensional shingles. They were very thorough and replacing any boards that were old and rotten. They took time to clean up the entire yard after work.
