Work Description: Rebuild house
Comments: Our home was completely destroyed from the tornado in Newnan Georgia in March. Mike rebuilt out home from the slab up. He made sure from the very start that everything done would make the house safer and stronger. He helped with getting materials timely and worked efficiently to complete the house before our insurance rental term expired. Mike worked with the county to make sure all inspections were done and even helped us with our insurance company. The quality of his workmanship was above any other. I hope to work with him in the future on any and all projects I have. I would recommend Mike to anyone needing any home project done.Decatur GA

Comments: His carpenters did a good job although none spoke English. Annoying but there was a 10 year old boy on the job to act as interpreter. After the job was done he owed me 130 dollars refund for materials that I returned to the supplier. He agreed to this amount but I never saw a check. Work Description: Skylight repair
Comments: Michael was amazing! I called multiple roofing/skylight repair companies but no one wanted to take a "skylight repair" job. They all wanted to install new skylights instead.However, when I left a message for Michael (owner of Laurio's Contracting) he immediately called me back and said that he would come by that same day to take a look at my skylights that were leaking. He was at my house within an hour and was able to repair my skylights that same day at a very reasonable price.
It rained really hard 2 days later and NO LEAKS! Michael did a great job. I will definitely call him to install new skylights at a later date. He also does various home repairs and new builds as well. I will be calling him for anything that I need done in my home!
